Terms of service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the sleekdocs.com website ("Homepage") or the Sleekdocs Translate service ("Service"), both provided by Infoflex Sweden AB, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Homepage or the Service.
2. Description of the service
Sleekdocs, provided by Infoflex Sweden AB, is a platform for managing translations, reached through the Homepage. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued without notice.
3. Signing in
You sign in to the Service through our authentication provider, Clerk, with a Google or Microsoft account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. You confirm that you have the right to use the account or email address you sign in with, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
4. Privacy policy
Infoflex Sweden AB respects your privacy, as described in the privacy policy, which covers both the Homepage and the Service. That policy is part of these Terms.
5. Changes to the terms
Infoflex Sweden AB may change or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. You agree to be bound by such changes.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Homepage and the Service are owned by or licensed to Infoflex Sweden AB.
7. Pro and payment
Business customers. The paid 'Pro' level is intended for business customers. By subscribing, you confirm that you do so on behalf of a business.
Prices. Pro is paid per seat, one for each member of the team, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
Payment. You pay by card through our payment provider, Stripe, in advance for each period. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
Seats. When a member joins the team and every paid seat is taken, a seat is added and charged at once for the rest of the period. When a member leaves, their seat stays paid until the period ends and can be used by another member. At each renewal the number of seats is set to the members the team has then.
No refunds for paid periods. Seats and periods that have been paid for are not credited or refunded, including when members leave or the subscription is cancelled.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it can't be collected, the subscription ends and the team moves to the free level.
Price changes. Infoflex Sweden AB may change the prices. A change is announced to the team's admins at least 30 days before it applies, and applies from the team's first renewal after that.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. A team's admin can cancel its Pro subscription at any time under Manage billing on the team page; Pro then lasts until the end of the period paid for, after which the team moves to the free level and keeps its content. Infoflex Sweden AB may also end or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice or liability.
9. Disclaimers
Infoflex Sweden AB provides the Homepage and the Service "as is" and "as available", without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
10. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Infoflex Sweden AB be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
